Where: Mindful Barbell, Fountain Hills

Cost: $20 per class (mats, blocks, and props provided)

Class Size: Limited to 10 participants for personalized attention

Meet Your Instructor: Lindsay Smith

Lindsay Smith is a certified yoga teacher, somatic coach, and founder of Be Still Consulting. Her classes are an invitation to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself. Rooted in the belief that stillness is a portal to clarity, healing, and strength, Lindsay blends mindful movement, breathwork, and self-inquiry to support your body and soul.

With a background in leadership coaching and equine-facilitated learning, she brings a grounded, heart-forward presence to every class — offering a sacred space to soften, restore, and reconnect.
