Kaitlyn Touchton

Kaitlyn was born in sunny Florida but raised in the Arizona desert. She has always been drawn to movement and wellness. After exploring several career paths, she finally found her true passion—Pilates! What started as a way to stay active quickly turned into something much more meaningful. Pilates challenged her body, sharpened her mind, and gave her a deeper understanding of movement mechanics.

Kaitlyn is comprehensively trained through Balanced Body and has spent the last five years teaching at Pilates 101, working with clients of all levels. She especially loves introducing beginners to Pilates and helping them navigate their unique movement needs-whether it's recovering from an injury, improving posture, or simply moving better in daily life. Nothing makes her happier than seeing clients have those "aha" moments where everything clicks!

For Kaitlyn, Pilates isn’t just exercise—it’s a way to build confidence, strength, and a happier, healthier life.
